A few weeks ago, my friend Nora informed me that she would no longer be working at COM. For those of you who have been visiting our site for a while, you know how important Nora was to the entire College-of-Music brand. Upon making her decision, she informed me that she’d be leaving me in charge of the site.
As soon as Nora informed me of her decision, I contacted three guys who have been working with me at COM for the past few years. Now that the site was basically in our hands, we all began brainstorming about things we could improve on the site. The general consensus among us four was that we needed to get a cleaner layout and needed to start writing more compelling articles.
With these ideas, we hit the drawing boards and drew up this nice, little, updated website. It’s a whole lot cleaner than our old layout and should be easier to navigate through. However, the most important part about our makeover is the content we have coming. While we will still be keeping up with our constant music stream, we’ve decided to also focus on important happenings in the industry and editorial-style writings.
Today, we begin our addition to the College-of-Music dynasty with this new layout and perspective. Feel free to navigate the site and check out all of our brand new content, including a few exclusive interviews. Thanks to all of our day one supporters for the constant love, you’re all awesome.
….with love from John, Rob and Luke
