Six months ago, I claimed “…the industry has been in dire need of creative kids willing to push boundaries since and Larry League certainly seems like the perfect group to fill this void”. Half of a year later, I still stand by that statement and know that many more wholeheartedly agree with me.
After releasing Not Coming Back and a multitude of collaborations with artists such as Pollari and Lil Yachty, Larry League began to seep out of Atlanta and spread their sound across the entire country. Every young person with a SoundCloud account was quickly becoming aware of the three white kids from Atlanta and their unique trap-like music.
With a handful of headlining nationwide shows and the release of 3200 under their belts, the Larries have certainly been one of the year’s biggest breakout acts. In their latest effort, Larry League drops off a seven-track EP titled Put To Rest. Randy, Sensei and Larry continue to deliver their signature sound, but up the ante with tracks like Crystal, Flex on Myself and the Zaytoven-produced Starlight.
Any doubters are sure to be Put To Rest, as this effort is without a doubt the best we’ve heard from Larry League. Listen to the seven, brand new tracks above and keep an eye out for more from the Larries!
