Boston is seriously off the shits.
For quite some time, the Massachussetts capital has proven year in and year out that their scene is not to be messed with. With independent mastermind Cousin Stizz exploding over the past couple of years, the scene has never been more alive than it is right now. With a realm as vibrant and independently driven as Boston’s, you’d wonder what exactly is in store for the city’s future.
Enter Jack Karowak
The 18 year old freshman at Bay State College has a relatively lowkey demeanor but proves he’s found his stride with his latest drop, No Neighbors. A few months prior we posted his song Home- a song that has amassed over 50,000 plays since it’s release in July. Besides being just a dope song, it showed that good music is good music. Jack Karowak is a textbook definition of good music and what can come of it, if done correctly.
No Neighbors is an extremely impressive track. The record’s dark, bass heavy production is accompanied by Karowak’s auto tuned vocals (shouts Brad Feeney one time) making for a stellar breakthrough follow-up, and a definite weekend playlist staple.
Jacks prodigious melodies will have your car rattling in no time, so make sure to chuck him a follow on Twitter to keep it locked for future release.
